1. By entering the free prize draw (the “Prize Draw”) you agree to these terms and conditions.
2. This Prize Draw is open to residents of UK and Eire aged 18 or over, except for employees of the Arcadia Group and Bhs Limited, their families, agencies or anyone else associated with this Prize Draw.
3. To enter you must complete the form provided online at https://www.wallis.co.uk.Prize Draw closes at 5.00pm on the 4th June 2010. Only one entry per person. Wallis does not accept responsibility for network, computer, hardware or software failures of any kind, which may restrict or delay the sending or receipt of your entry. Entries must not be sent in through agents or third parties. Late, incomplete, illegible or defaced entries will not be accepted.
4. By entering this Prize Draw, you agree that your details including your email address/address may be used to keep you informed about Wallis promotions, products and news. 5. The winner will be first entry drawn at random (by an independent person) within 1 week of the closing date, 4th June 2010. The winner/s will be notified by email and phone by no later than 7th June 2010. Wallis's decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. There will only be one winner.
6. The prize consists of one night at The Royal Garden Hotel including dinner for two at the hotel's Park Terrace restaurant on Saturday 19th June 2010, two tickets to see Swan Lake on Saturday 19th June 2010 and hotel morning breakfast Sunday 20th June 2010. Both are subject to availability. Travel, subsistence and other expenses are not included in the prize. Hotel room will be allocated by The Royal Garden Hotel based on availability.
7. If the Prize is not claimed within one week of the winner being notified, Wallis reserves the right to award the Prize to an alternative winner.
8. Prize is non transferable, non refundable and non negotiable. There is no cash alternative. Wallis reserves the right to substitute the Prize for one of its choosing which has a value the same or greater than the original prize in the event of circumstances outside of its control.
9. By entering the Prize Draw the winner agrees to participate in such promotional activity and material as Wallis may require.1
10. Winner's details will be available for two weeks after the draw by sending a SAE to Weekend Break Prize draw, Wallis marketing at the address below.
11. Wallis reserves the right to (i) cancel this promotion, (ii) cancel or refuse any individual's entry and (iii) amend these terms and conditions (and will use reasonable endeavors to notify changes to entrants and potential entrants). These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law and exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
