that question is a how long is a piece of string.. is the property leasehold or freehold.. how many are in the chain... is the property empty or occupied.... there is no way to accurately tell.. your solicitor may be able to guess.. but thats the best you'll get...0

The house is not in a chain and is empty (not repossesed vendor had already moved into another house already)
However this may be were my next problem lies after being told by the vendor and the estate agents that it is freehold on the surveyor report it is showing as Leasehold!0
