    Debt-free and Proud!
Just popped in to check out your numbers. Really impressed with how far you have come in such a short time. You'll be at 50% in no time! Really like the way you are doing the renovation in chunks, saving for each installment. Martin would be proud. :)

Hi RM, yes, you must start taking photo's - as you say you might end up regretting not having that lovely record of all the things you've achieved. Oh dear and lol about the new windows showing up the rest of the house, how typical is that, it's often the way isn't it that one job can often snowball into another.... I do know though that you have firm vision of what you need to do so I'm sure replacing the other windows is far from top of your list :p

I'm loving the thought of the toasy annexe, I can't bear to feel cold and have been known to make excuses to leave friends homes etc as I just get so cold and that kind of makes me feel ill - yes, I know, I'm a complete wimp :rotfl:

Beautiful, love the range. Well done you :D
A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort
