Hi RM, yes, you must start taking photo's - as you say you might end up regretting not having that lovely record of all the things you've achieved. Oh dear and lol about the new windows showing up the rest of the house, how typical is that, it's often the way isn't it that one job can often snowball into another.... I do know though that you have firm vision of what you need to do so I'm sure replacing the other windows is far from top of your list

September 2016 - Back into clearing a mortgage - Was due to be paid off in 32 years in March 2047 -
April 2018 down to 28.00 months vs 30.04 months at normal payment.
Predicted mortgage clearing 03/2047 - now looking at 02/2045
