Stansted airport parking solutions

Hi,
I'm not sure if this is the correct forum to post this, but has anyone had any experience with Stansted Airport Paking Solutions?
I found them via the Airport Parking. co.uk website (mentioned on the main MSE site), and they're offering a meet & greet service for £63 for 10 days in August, which didn't seem bad. However I've read some horror stories about some of these remote parking companies and wanted to see if anyone else had used them first, before booking.
I kind of need a meet & greet service, rather than using the long term car park. Either that or somone who can reliably take us to the airport and not charge an arm and a leg!
Many thanks. LL

No direct experience - but they tell you where the car will be parked and how far from the airport which is always a good sign.
It's the smaller independents who are vague about this that are the problem0 -
You'll find the name you book with isn't necessarily the firm responsible - the guys who do the pick ups from Red car park are often picking for more than one front operator. We had a problem with one last year, the vehicle was returned with the electric door mirror dislocated, and when we rang to report it (before we left the Red car park) we were told to ring somebody else (different firm!) on the following Monday (this was over a weekend). We did eventually get the replacement mirror paid for I would add - £300 odd on a Jeep!
On another occasion the collector asked who we'd booked with, and said booking through another name would have been a bit cheaper - he was delivering/collecting for 2 or 3 'up front' names with the same backing company (can't remember their name but it was 2 or 3 capital 'M's)0 -
Thanks for your replies, but I'm still not sure what to do!
Perhaps I should ask about insurance (theirs) just in case anything happens whilst we're away, then at least I know they're covered.0 -
Have you read the Airport Parking article?
That will probably lead you to the Cheap Stansted Airport Parking thread.

Thanks Wealdroam, I looked at that thread, but the postings seemed to be from 2008 /early 2009. I also tried looking for a couple of the sites mentioned and couldn't find them.
I got the quote for the meet & greet people by following a link in the Airport Parking article on the main site, but as it's a price comparison site, I was hoping someone might have had experience of using the company in the past.
I think I'll go for it and take a chance, it sounds very easy to use.
Thanks for the suggestions though0 -

Long term , on site parking , using the bus ( every 15 mins ) is very very easy .
My mother is eighty , does not walk to well , but manages the bus with ease.0
