My lloyds overdraft facility has been stopped ... I still owe £160 - will this be classed as an unauthorised overdraft?

If the overdraft has been remoed, this would make any excess unauthorised. Have you contacted Lloyds about this, as it will trigger daily charges if this is the case.Best Regards

I'll give lloyds a ring this afternoon.
In the meantime I'll have to see if I can scrimp together enough money to get it paid asap - I've seen the daily charges :mad:0 -
You won't be able to avoid the monthly fee (of £15) or the daily fee (of up to £20 per day/max £200 per month), but you will be able to avoid the £20 per item (max £60 per day) fees by cancelling any DDs and stalling/paying by other means until your finances improve.
Prepare yourself for some significant charges!0 -
I guess they can do it, but withdrawing a feature of your account without warning and then charging you because they have done so, seems very unfair and would really aggreviate me.0
