Did anyone do any of the business calls for RE?

I completed mine on Friday and my MP3s are uploaded now, but on the email I received it said the report must be submitted by 11/07/10 at 11am. The brief (and report) tells me I must wait 3 working days from making the call before submitting the report. What will happen to the jobs after 11/07 at 11am? I don't want to be penalised and I am very confused with the conflicting info!

Hi,

I have had this happen to me. I just ignored the email as my sister had same problem and rang up and they said that they are just automated so go by assignment notes. I got paid no problems.

I had this happen, I rang up and queried it and they said that the first person that checked it had raised a query but then got sorted out in house.

Has anybody had any success in figuring out how to claim the special expenses ie travel on coffee jobs on TNS sassie. It all seems very strange. Have they lost loads of clients?

I have just joined gapbuster but when I go to log in, it says I need to enable cookies even though they are already enabled, has anyone else had this problem? If yes how did you sort it out?

Does anyone know why there is a variation in fees with TNS for the same type of visit to T...o?
Some weekend fees are less than weekday fees for the same double tech visit!
Don't seem to have a phone number to call them, anyone help with this?

Not sure what the problem is there, but try another browser if you haven't already. Sometimes I have to swap between browsers to eventually access an MS site :huh:.
