    Hi Everyone

    What an amazing thread!

I have mystery shopped for Gfk before (2005) and was paid mileage @ 40p per mile. I have just registered again and I can't see any mention of mileage being paid.

    Can anyone help?

    Many Thanks

    EE

Things have changed mate. I've only been doing this for a year or so, and I've noticed a difference already. I think the market is much more saturated with shoppers now because of threads like this, and its a MS companies market.:(

Can't remember seeing anything about this on the first thread, but I have just done a home insurance survey for the company. They pay out 5x ESA fees for ringing or emailing insurance companies, recording the call (FOC) and filling in a short questionnaire. They also have many other insurance products to cover (pet, travel, motor etc). I just got my cheque today (only had to wait 7 days from completion to receipt!), so thought would let you all know about it. Of course, you are all free to google this, but if you would like me to refer you, please pm me with your email address. I will get a small fee for this, if/when you complete a job. The only criteria that I could find is that your actual renewal date is looming, so if your insurance runs out in December, you may only be contacted in November. You may even get to save money on your insurance!

I've done a few for them now, and the fee is really very good for about two hours work - you have it down to a fine art after the first couple of calls so is quicker with each one!

Plus I've managed to get our own insurance company to match the best prices - and got cashback too - so worth doing! :D
