    Burger toilets
Just a stab in the dark ..... it isn't an outlet at a service area, is it? These are sometimes set up as "site not responsible for toilets," in which case you have to go through all the questions and give that sort of response in each of the boxes.

Thanks, this could have been the case. Gap cleared the problem (wish they'd tell you what the issue was) & then immediately sent me a snotty email saying they hadn't got my receipt - which I could upload when I couldn't get that far.

Having MSed the petrol station that it's attached to, they don't want the toilets reported in their report as they belong to the burger shop (although they're in the petrol station, but they have the burger toilet signage - it's all too confusing!).

I wonder if someone would be so kind as to PM me the name of the company that does the supermarket deliveries. Many Thanks.

Had a lovely email from Catalyst thanking for doing the job at short notice! Other companies should take note!

Also got 10/10 for report :D

React were being generous yesterday. I got a 10 as well for an almost text book service from the assistant. However, I'm currently struggling to do a report for them at the moment having MSed a different branch of the same shop. Chalk & cheese!
Sitting in a restaurant on my own for a 3 course meal (after having already had a snack at the bar!) doesn't appeal to me anyway, I'm afraid.

You get used to it if you travel with work. I was self conscious at first, but soon realised that during the week almost everyone having breakfast is sitting at a table on their own although, depending on location, in the evening people are more likely to eat out.

This is going to be a silly question. Just joined the firstracking site and there are some jobs in my area. I have read the notes on the site but................what on earth is a SPi assignment?

It's the easiest job in the world just checking the staff interaction in the snack area. All costs covered plus a good fee (ticket plus snacks). You also get to hand out a reward if the staff meet the criteria.

    I love them :)

Lovely company, shame they only have the one client, I've done the same toy shop so many times I'm running out of battery-operated toys to purchase!!! You will now have a long, long wait for payment!! They are meant to pay the end of the month following payment - so if you did the job at the beginning of June you'll be paid at the end of July - but I usually have to chase them, so expect to receive your cheque the 2nd week in August!!!!

I'm in no rush for the money as I wasn't planning on doing any shops this week anyway but thanks for the heads up.

Hopefully I'll get that client from now on instead of whoever let them down. They gave me some excellent feedback on my report so fingers crossed!

I was hugely impressed with the CS at the store, never been there before as its only been open about a month or two.

My little boy will love it too :D But yes, it was a faff trying to find a bettery operated toy with batteries!!!

I'm doing a shopping channel competitors shop on GFK today. I have to order something from the "Beauty" department between £25 and £30, wait for it to be delivered, and return it 2 days later. But in the briefing notes it says not to order personal grooming products or cosmetics as they are non-returnable.

So what can I order? I'm thinking of a make-up bag type of thing (some of the Cath Kidston ones are quite pricey) - do you think this will be OK? I tried ringing GFK to ask, but just get a recorded message which is sooooo quiet I can't hear a word of what is being said.
