T-Mobile refund issues

Thought this would be better placed here, than in the mobiles bit but anyway, the problem:
In about the end of March I ordered a Desire from T-Mobile, paying £130, gave it a week or so and phoned up (as people will probably know, they had stocking issues) and was informed that they had no idea when they'd get the phone in, so I requested a refund on April 12th.
I was informed that it would take at most 14 days for the money to come back into my account, but usually it's 5 days.
Nothing has been refunded however, and I've phoned up twice since to be told they'll put it through again, and get the banking department to "rush it through", yet I'm still waiting!
Any advice? Is there anything I can do? Can my bank do anything?
To be honest, any info is appreciated!
Thanks!
p.s. I paid by Visa Debit.
