Terms & Conditions:

1. To enter: either complete the prize draw entry form with your details and return it to a participating Snow+Rock stores or enter online at www.snowandrock.com.
2. The closing date for receipt of entries is 11.59pm on Monday, 31st May 2010.
3. No purchase necessary. Only one entry per person allowed. No entrant may win more than one prize. Proof of identity may be required.
4. The draw is only open to UK residents over 18 years of age, excluding employees of Snow+Rock, the Canadian Tourism Commission, ARC’TERYX, CMH Summer Adventures (CMH), Banff Lake Louise Tourism, Brewster Inc., their immediate families (defined as parents, siblings, children & spouse regardless of where they live), agents or anyone connected with the draw.
5. Winner will be selected in a random draw to be conducted w/c 14th June 2010 by PromoVeritas, the independent promotional verification service.
6. Winners will be notified by email, post or telephone within seven days of the closing date. Winners who are uncontactable via reasonable means within seven days or who do not respond to notification will be disqualified and an alternative winner selected as above.
7. Winners’ details (name and county) will be published on www.snowandrock.com from Thursday 1st July 2010.
8. THE PRIZES:
   
   FIRST PRIZE. 1 x one week holiday for the winner plus one guest to Banff, Canada, to include return flights from London to Calgary; return coach transfers from Calgary airport to Banff/Lake Louise; 3 nights' B&B accommodation at Brewster's Mountain Lodge, Banff; excursions with Brewster Inc. around Banff(Discover Banff with Banff Gondola - 3 hours and Minnewanka Lake Wildlife&Cruise (5.15 PM) - 3.5 hours); plus 3 nights' accommodation at either CMH Bugaboo Lodge or CMH Bobbie Burns Lodge (depending on availability at the time of booking), with coach transfer from Banff to the heli-pad and daily helicopter flights for heli-hiking. Prize also includes 10 meals as part of the CMH experience; use of CMH hiking gear (backpack, walking sticks, weather-proof jacket, top-quality hiking boots, water bottle) 2.5 days of guided heli-hiking, A pair of Arc'teryx Goretex jackets from Snow+Rock's range (up to the value of £500) and 1 Flip Ultra series 2GB video camera*. All accommodation is on a room share basis.
   SECOND PRIZE. A pair of Arc'teryx Softshell jackets from Snow+Rock’s range (up to the value of £260 each)
   THIRD PRIZE. A pair of Arc'teryx Fleece jackets from Snow+Rock’s range (up to the value of £160 each)
9. The holiday is valid for travel during 2010 CMH heli-hiking season (6 July-10 September 2010) and must be taken by 10 September 2010. The prize is not transferable and once booked, dates and names cannot be changed. All dates are subject to availability. All travel must be booked at least four weeks prior to departure via the Canadian Tourism Commission. The prize does not include travel costs to and from London Heathrow airport, meals outside the CMH experience, alcoholic beverages, ground transportation or any other costs of a personal nature unless stated (including spending money) for the winner and their guest. The winner and their guest are responsible for ensuring that they are in possession of appropriate travel insurance (mandatory), valid passports, visas (not required for UK passport holders) and all health or other government requirements prior to departure. The prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if a winner is unable to use the prize as stated. The winner and their guest will be required to complete CMH's Heli-Hiking Application and Waiver (see http://www.canadianmountainholidays.com/heli-hiking/waiver).
10. Jacket options will be offered based on stock available at the time: Gore-Tex jackets will range from £300-£500 in value; Softshell jackets from £120-£260 and Fleece jackets from £60-£160. Arc’teryx reserve the right to substitute jackets for a comparable item if stock is unavailable. Arc’teryx size range is Mens: S – XL; Womens: 8 – 16.
11. Prizes are non transferable. No cash alternative or alternative products available
12. All entries must be submitted directly by the entrant. No bulk, third party or organized group entries will be accepted. Entries generated by script, macro, robotic, programmed or any other automated means are prohibited and will be disqualified. Incomplete, illegible, photocopies or corrupt entries or those not in accordance with entry instructions will not be accepted.
13. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries lost, damaged, or delayed in the post or as a result of any network, computer hardware of software failure of any kind. Proof of posting or sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt.
14. The First Prize Winner will be required to participate in publicity arising from the promotion, including consent to use their FLIP footage for publicity, and to submit a short account of their holiday prize experience for use on the Promoter and prize partners’ online assets (e.g. website or blog).
15.
