Well rotted manure

I have the chance to get hold of 2 year old well rotted manure. Would this be suitable to put in raised beds on an allotment?

Would I be able to plant into it straight away?

First check with the supplier that there is no possibility of aminopyralid contamination. See this page for details of the questions to ask, and a home test to do to check that it is not contaminated:- http://www.growyourown.info/page164.html
Do not get caught out as our allotments were last year.
