Internet problems...help please?

I think I have microfilters...There are two other desktops in the house and three laptops in total which all work fine, it's just this one that won't keep its connection.

I'm really sorry about not updating this yesterday, I had a manic day.

Combofix crashes the computer. It runs for a few seconds, and crashes. Then when it starts back up, it won't load windows, and sits on a black screen. Resetting from the base unit seems to work fine but I've done it four times now and the same thing always happens.

Will I have to reformat? It's my least favourite job EVER.
