Praise Ocado/Waitrose Customer Services

Well done Ocado/Waitrose customer service :j

Recently found a sliver of weird plastic fibre type stuff (technical no...) in my tin of soup, raised the issue with Ocado and received £12 in vouchers! Woohoo!

Then had some issues with our online delivery, bags badly packed, fragile items under tins, nothing major. But phoned up at the request of the driver as he had "had enough of being blamed" for the packing that day and again they comped for the broken/damaged items. :T
Last night they subbed one 350g parmesan for 2 x 400g at twice the price, again quick phone call and they sorted it all out.

Ocado, we love you!! Excellent prices, easily on a par with Tesco and Asda, fresh produce always has 5 days left before use by date (unlike Asda & Tesco! ) and brilliant customer service!
I for one will never be going back to the bad old days of milk a day left before use by and veggies that don't keep....

Not being funny, but you are lording them up for causing you problems, if they were really good then would post on here and say "NO problems at all"

The point is they sort out problems when there are problems. Their overall service is far better than any of the other supermarkets purely because they're not picking from a supermarket.

No so. Every online supermarket I have ever used has been problematic. With Ocado, the problems are fewer (and lets be honest, there are going to be problems on occasions) BUT they hold their hands up and put it right. My experience with other supermarkets is that not only do they not care, but they are reluctant to correct their mistakes.

I personally can forgive the odd problem if it is put right to my satisfaction. Ocado are the best at doing just that.

I was going to reply, but you saved me the trouble
