By entering, all eligible entrants agree to abide by each and all of these Rules. Smeg reserves the right, with or without cause, to exclude entrants and withhold prizes for violating any of these Rules. Smeg reserves the right to amend these Rules at any time.
Entrants must be aged 18 and over.
The competition is open to any resident in the UK and Ireland except employees of Smeg and Cogent Elliott and their associated, affiliated or subsidiary companies, and their families, agents, or anyone connected with this Competition
There is no cash or other alternative to the prize stated and the prize is not transferable and no part or parts of the prize may be substituted for other goods or services.
Delivery of the prize will be arranged by Smeg within the UK and Ireland only.
The winner will be drawn at random and the judge's decision is final and binding on the entrants. No correspondence will be entered into.
All reasonable endeavours will be made to contact the winners. If the winner cannot be contacted Smeg within 7 days of being drawn Smeg reserves the right to re-draw a winner received before 18th July 2010.
Smeg will not be liable for technical, hardware, or software failures of any kind or lost or unavailable network connections which may limit or prohibit an eligible entrant's ability to participate in the Competition.
By entering, any subsequent prize winners agree to allow the free use of their names, photographs and general locations for publicity and news purposes during this and future promotions by Smeg.
Uses of personal data received by Smeg in the course of the competition is subject to the privacy policy. Winners' names may be published on the Website.

when you enter your details it asks you to sign up for the newsletter but I can't find where to sign up

After I entered details (and didn't tick box for info) it opened up another box to sign up to the newsletter and enter the comp.
