Hi folks
I've created table in excel, and need to change the information round so that the current rows become columns, and the columns become rows.
(effectively rotating it through 90 degres, if that makes sense !)
Have tried the pivot function to no avail
Any suggestions, apart from rewriting the whole table ?

Hi there,
if you highlight the rows and then choose copy. Once they are selected right click where you want them to appear and choose "paste special" then from the menu click "transpose" and away you go.0 -
Thanks for that.
Always wondered if I'd ever use 'Paste special' !!Baby-Mechanic

I agree. Paste Link is useful too.
Transpose is so underused.
