what savings account (after ISA topped up)?

having just topped up my annual ISA in Barclays Golden Cash ISA, I have £900 left in an old ISA earning 0.1% and i'll have a further £500 to save this month (probably won't save much for the rest of the year now)

so where's best to keep say £1500?
£900 in a 0.1% ISA sounds daft but then do i have to consider it's tax free?

I don't want it in my current account, as I don't want to be fooled in thinking i should spend it. I may need to use this funds later on the year but just not now.

any advice?
