Faulty Patio Set - What are my rights?

Hi
I recently ordered two patio paving kits costing a total of £250 paid on credit card.
They arrived in good time and my friend was laying the patio and halfway through the pack noticed that two slabs were broken, ie. totally unusable.
I contacted the company and asked them if they had a local stockist so we could pick two replacement slabs up. They rang me back and I travelled 20 miles to pick up two slabs but when I got home they were a different shade to the rest. The company gave me £20 towards petrol and inconvenience but I said I wasn't happy with them being an odd colour so asked them if they could send me two from the original depot.
They did, and they are still wrong! I have a patio of gold colour slabs with two paler ones amongst them now. People have said why not just put plant pots on the odd ones but why should I, I didnt want pots on the patio really.
Contacted supplier again and they said manufacturer has said they will weather to the same colour over time. I can't see that - surely the lighter coloured ones will also get lighter. They then asked me to send a photo, which I did and apparently manufacturer has offered a measly discount which supplier has rejected.
I would rather get all the slabs returned and have a whole new matching set delivered or just get them all returned for a refund and go elsewhere. However, all the slabs are laid now so they probably won't do that.
What are my rights? How much discount would be reasonable to accept off £250?

Im guessing they are all made in batches so colour can be different between them.
Im not sure on your rights, maybe you should have waited until you had the new ones before laying any not sure if laying them changes your rights ?
As for discount thats up to you to decide.
Good luck0 -
having them laid would likely be construed as acceptance of the good so you could be lucky to get anything.
I'd ask for £100 off and buy yourself something nice to put on them.Thinking critically since 1996....0 -
What proportion of the total order did the two slabs represent? I would use that as a starting point for asking for some money back, ie if it was 2 slabs out of 20, then a 10% discount would be reasonable.0
