    Polka, I have bipolar too, I'm coming down from a hypomanic episode now, at least this time I haven't gone mad and ended up with a load of crap to get rid of - in the past I've got into beading/crafting (still have loads of stuff to ebay). I did buy a drum kit, but that's something I've wanted to do for ages and I think it's something that'll benefit me in lots of ways.
