    Nice one Elfen!

I'm doing my leaving questionnaire for work now.. very hard to not turn it into a rant!

Remember the words 'Bridges' and 'Don't burn'.
My last day was hideous lots of things coming up, lots going wrong and lots of finger pointing. I kept saying 'Door' 'out of' and '4.30'

Hey Claire well your Dr is talking out of his aris, my step daughter had that problem for quite a few years, yes it can be hereditary but there are a few things they can do,

as you know there are the tablets one type with retains the water and another type which actually stops them falling into quite as deep of a sleep so when they get the feeling it might wake them up,

you can also get a spray (for the mouth) which is a supressent of some sort

and the one that works the best (for my step daughter) but can get flaming anoying is a moisture alarm - basically designed to wake them up at the first signs of it happening so there brain 'learns' to assosiate waking with the feeling of needing to go/going
    Drop a brand challenge
on a £100 shop you might on average get 70 items save
    10p per product = £7 a week ~ £28 a month
    20p per product = £14 a week ~ £56 a month
30p per product = £21 a week ~ £84 a month (or in other words one weeks shoping at the new price)

Hmm it's a balancing act between not burning bridges and saying things that need to be said. Tough one!

    Hi Gonzo

Well he has the tablets now, he has to try one tablet a night for a week, if that doesn't work hes to try 2 tablets,

Hes going to refere nathan to the incontinence team, who may give us an alarm and may beable to help with the cost of matresses etc.

I had a clamb proceedure when i was 14 to help me it worked a treat, but the dr says they don't do those these days unless it was absolutly necessary, he said when i was a child they were common, although i was actually the first child to undergo the op.

  • I've got a job! :j :j :j

It's cleaning at a pub up at the top end of Bath, just for the summer (though the boss doesn't know that yet :D ) but it'll pay the rent and then some. If I can get a bit more focused, maybe I can clear my cards soon.

    Yay Kayleigh, well done hun!
Have now got tenancy agreement and key for the wireless, so I'm chuffed to bits. Also went and joined the doctor, now I've got to get through my exam and then summer begins! (after taking stuff to the council and getting on the electoral role)

I'd just like to tell you all I've been out in the car with one contact lens in (on the unoperated eye!) and there are no dead people on the road and no small children clinging to the bonnet.

I feel a small level of triumph.
