Elfen, I'm on 100mg Quetiapene, it's good to know that it can go up so high cos I think it needs increasing. Then I take another 25mg whenever I need to. Then I'm on 10mg escitalopram. I asked to increase the escitalopram when I started feeling depressed but she raised the quet instead, which I'm happier with. I'm all over the place at the moment though, up and buying a drum kit one minute and down and sleeping all day the next.

Had a good natter to a guy at my writing group about crazy things (mainly thinking dreams are real and getting confused about them), the (sane) worker was sitting there trying to keep looking neutral. We were both like 'wow, I thought I was the only one'. It's really good being able to just talk and not worry about mentioning hospital or anti psychotic meds or anything that would probably freak out 'normal' people.

ETA: forgot what I came on to say, doh!

Just phoned sister and she's going to come round tomorrow to hoover my living room floor, yay. I'm giving her a lift to sign on, then she's coming round to do it and we'll go to my drum lesson. I've been a good girl and practised, and even mastered the hardest of the four exercises. Well, I played the whole bar through once, that's good enough for me!
Unless I say otherwise 'you' means the general you not you specifically.

    What's an illusion necklace?

Ames, I get the feeling that might need upping soon....some VERY bad stuff is strating to creep back in and that's usually a sign I need to get seen to sharpish. I know the anti d's need upping.....at least I think they do, you know whne it's right as you don't feel so hollow and empty inside....and that's all I feel. And I want to be alone...unless when I deem it OK....Dont' worry, I have the 'dreams I think are real too', usually I have nightmares and can't sleep as I fall back into them straight away and all the bad stuff happens again...
