Boots - Sanctuary reductions and GWP Glitch

I have read this a few times and still none the wiser. Can someone explain it to me please. I am interested in buying the Sanctuary Spa Hand Wash thing, it's at £3.99. Does that mean I have to buy 3 and then get an orange bag thing for free? I'm dumb I know. LOL.

PS. Keep your eyes peeled on the DURACELL batteries. Saw an 8 pack of AA reduced from just less than £10 to about £2.25 and these are on 3 4 2 at the moment too. Have also seen lots of HEWLETT PACKARD photo paper at like 80% off. Enjoy.

yes if you want the hand wash you will need to buy three to get GWP, if you go on website there are some items mostly skincare that are halfprice but the full price counts towards your GWP. I have just bought moisturiser on line £6.49 and got orange bag free plus no postage as I have had it sent to local store. I have to buy online as my local store never has any good offers on only the larger stores

This has been a fantastic offer and still running!
Been over to Fosse Parke, Leics today and there are loads of GWP on the shelf.
The reduced skincare is away from these gifts which are near to the bath and body stuff.
Managed to get two gifts both sales ending with two £5 skincare vouchers!

Partial dispatch order.

I ordered the Gentle Cream Exfoliator and Cleansing Facial Wash to get my GWP, they have cancelled my Cleansing Facial wash. I'm pretty sure I won't get my GWP with just the one item but they haven't cancelled it along with the other item.

I'm angry as I don't want points, I want the damn item and free gift. Any suggestions for what I should do?

Can you buy the items instore. I did this at the weekend or order another skincare half price item. As it is boots fault maybe they should have still sent the free vanity case as the facial wash was in stock when you ordered it. Hope you sort it out.

My local store is pretty rubbish and the female staff are quite crass.. And what do I do with the one item they sent? Get a refund? I guess I'll have to go in tomorrow and battle it out with them.

Best case scenario is that I get my one item and free case, then I'll work out what else is the best buy to put in place of the face wash.

I wish they'd have sent me this e-mail this morning, I was in town this afternoon so could have sorted it then but no now I have to make a special trip in tomorrow. :mad:

I was in my local Boots today which is tiny and not very good, the offer wasnt even advertised. They had the vanity cases on the shelf priced at £10 but no facial wash etc. I have also ordered mine from the web with delivery to my local store so fingers crossed for me too. I think Boots messed up with this offer somehow.

My local is fairly big and seems to sell quite a lot, but actually when I go in there for anything it's always hassle, they never have what I want/need or any of the offers people on here get... And their reduced area is worse than useless.

I guess I wouldn't mind so much but some of the staff are really gnarly, some are good but you just never know what you're going to get.
