Sound insulation for garage (temporary)
Comments

I would suggest lots and lots of old carpet. Use layers of quite tight pile.
More specifically, your garage door. Go to a breakers yard and you will find vans with black sticky squares on the inside walls. They will stop the metal garage door reverberating. You could also look for diesels while you're in there. Under the bonnet there should be lots of sound insulation which should come off as one big mat.
I would also suggest putting the drums on some carpet as a concrete floor will make sound travel too.0 -

Am doing the research re the suggestions, plus costs.................
