Thankyou Tescohomephone!

Just checked my bank direct debits and noticed BT had debited £28 instead of the normal £9 a month dd for line rental.

when i went online to check the account I found all my calls had been put back through BT £17.38 from jan to april.

Phone bt up and they have never had an order to put them back through so they have put me on lowest £12.79 a month and I have until 4th june to cancel if I need to.

I have just sent complaint to tesco home phone about it.

thing is I never knew, as normal i thought they were with tesco and was awaiting the next monthly call bill which is usually £4-£6. I never received any letters from bt or tesco.

So I await their explanation:mad:
