very.co.uk delivered to wrong address but refuse to accept mistake

I am temporarily living in the north of England, I ordered goods from very.co.uk giving as my delivery address my address here in the North. They have incorrectly delivered the goods to my previous "account address", which is a long way from here.

I have been having a futile email exchange for over a week now, where I keep pointing out that the delivery address on my account is here in the North, and they keep replying saying that they have delivered the goods to the "account address".

I have asked for my money back, but if they do not pay up can I do a chargeback on my credit card as they did not provide the service I paid for - ie delivering the goods the address I asked them to deliver to?

In any case I am unlikely to ever get back the hours of stress expended on this really incompetent and unhelpful shop.
