I telephone throughout different times of the day for several days and get this reply:
"Sorry we are very busy right now. You might like to try later"
They then simply cut me off.
What a joke of an organisation.

Its renewals time, so theyre very very busy. You can always write in.0

What do you expect? on average there is about 400 calls waiting at any time, if you were on hold for 40 mins you would still complain! if the government keep laying off staff and not replacing them what do you expect???
Have a thought for the advisers who work 40 hour weeks being moaned at for being on hold!!!!!!Saving money like a trouper...0 -
Its better for them to say that than keep you hanging on for half an hour or more to speak to someone, personally Ive never had a problem with them doing it, probably the only organisation that does most want your money and keep you holding.**"Yesterday is gone. What number are you calling OP. I have called them 3-4 times over the past 3 weeks and being on hold only for approx. 5-10 minutes if that. I used 02890 538192 that was via saynoto08700
