Buy & fly reward account / barcalays

Hi all

I once had an account with a reward scheme called Buy and Fly who then went into administration, i think their parent firm was called Landaround.
My account was from 2009 and comprised of just over 12000 airmiles, from googling this recently i have learnt that Barclays have taken over these accounts and MAYBE compensating B & F customers but from what i can gather this is old news...

now having phoned Barclays and been put through to many Indian call centers they have said i was sent a barclays reward card with the points transferred over, which i never received....they cannot obtain my account details without this reward card account number..my personal details such as name, address etc do not show up.

Now there must be quite a few customers who maybe went through this process, can anyone please tell me if they managed any success if so how?
