I have read the instruction manual but I am totally confused after reading it, as there are just so many different programme settings. Is there a simple way to reset it ?
All I want is for the heating to come on at 6.30am to 8.0am then in the evening from 5.0pm to 10.0pm Mon to Fri, and then on Sat and Sunday the heating to come on at 8.0am till 10pm

It should have a battery inside so that the settings are not lost if you have a power cut. You cannot reset it and you will have to re-enter the programs that you require. Each program needs an ON time an OFF time and at least one DAY and one CHANNEL to be set. Examples of how to program it are given in the manual so you better start pressing those buttons!

Thanks Espresso,
But there doesnt seem to be a battery inside it, or if there is its not working because the screen on the timer is blank. I have pressed the reset key to see if I can reset the time but 00.00 is all that is coming up, looks like I will have to contact Grasslin on Monday to see if they can help.
But thanks for your help;)0 -

Hi Kenshaz,
Nope the manual hasn't helped much yet as it says when I press reset the clock should display 12.0am when infact it is displaying 00.00. I have tried to do as the manual suggests, but I must be going wrong somewhere. Ill ring Grasslin tmoz before I make another attempt. Most of the controls are that tiny you need a magnifying glass to see them, and of course the timer is in a really awkward spot under the stairs in a cupboard, but thanks.0
