GROUPOLA ..help needed

Hi
Yesterday I purchased a deal from Groupola, then booked hotel and coach (non transferable)
Today I've rec'd email from Groupola saying expiry date on voucher should be July 2010 not August 2010 as printed....I've made bookings for August...what can I do?

Any advise welcome ,

Thanks

Have you got a voucher with an expiry date of Aug 2010?

Surely if it says August on it there is no way you can be expected to know that what they really meant was July.

i would hazard a guess that it's tough luck to them. if you have a voucher with a print that says august2010 then that's what you go by. send them a polite email explaining that arrangements have been made that are non transferable.
  • Resolved...they understood and have honoured the original offer.
