Under distant trading laws (so I believe) even if the instore rule is no refunds etc, they are not allowed to not refund you if you buy online. Example would be in debenhams, I brought online and they tried to stop me refunding something, but they couldnt as it was the distant trading law. I think its defined as not being able to touch/feel/see it before purchase or something.Learning to be 'good with money'0
