Is it in store as well? I never buy shoes online as sometimes you need to try them on to know your size.

    From the Office website:
Q: Can I get exchanges or refunds
A: Office.co.uk wants to ensure your complete satisfaction with the Items. For online purchases, we will accept Items not worn, used or damaged for a refund if received within 28 days of dispatch, enclosing a copy of your invoice. Please state whether an exchange or refund is required. Once your goods are accepted back into stock you will be issued with an exchange or refund which usually takes between 7 – 10 working days. We regret postage and packaging cannot be refunded. We can only refund the card originally used for payment.

Seen a nice pair for £10 but the £7.50 delivery charge to Northern Ireland is putting me off, need to convince myself I need them!!

I have had a refund from them before, but you have to pay the cost of return postage so it is only worth it if your shoes are more than £10. I have a pair of the square toes pumps they've got in this sale, and the size I ordered turned out to be enormous, but it wasn't worth returning them after postage costs.

You used to be able to take them into any Office store and they would return them for you. Done it a couple of times - has this policy changed ?

i believe you can still do that, but in my case, the nearest store is 18 miles away and the cost of fuel and parking would be more than postage
  • I returned some shoes I bought from office online a few weeks ago instore, they return them for you and organise a refund, no store credit, my full refund onto my card :)
Who says shopping isn't a hobby?!!
