Santander not answering phone!

Here we go again 
All I'm trying to do is ring Santander to tell them not to decline our debit cards when on holiday abroad.
First call not answered after 10 minutes.
Second call rang for 30 seconds and I was then cut off.
Flippin' shambles of a bank.
