1. The prize draw is open to residents of the UK & Eire only, aged 16 years or over, who have opted in to receive emails from Snack A Jacks (the "Promoter"), excluding employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, its affiliated companies, their agents or other persons professionally associated with the promotion.
2. By taking part in this promotion, all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions.
3. All entries must be submitted online at https://www.snackajacks.co.uk/winabook
4. No purchase necessary.
5. The opening date for receipt of entries is 17th May 2010 and the closing date for receipt of entries is 25th June 2010.
6. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify incomplete, altered or illegible entries. No responsibility will be accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt. No responsibility will be taken for telecommunication or website errors.
7. Only one entry per person. No bulk, consumer group or third party entries will be accepted. Entries will only be allowed in accordance with these terms and conditions. Any attempted interference with the running of this promotion will result in a void entry.
8. The winners will be the first 10 valid entries drawn at random from all valid entries received by the closing date under independent supervision on 30th June 2010. The winners will be notified by telephone no later than 2nd July 2010. The prizes must be claimed by 9th July 2010. All reasonable effort will be made to contact the winners; however, if any prizes are not claimed by 9th July 2010 their prize shall be forfeit.
9. There are 10 prizes to be won: each prize is a special edition copy of Gok Wan's book entitled 'Gok Wan. Work your wardrobe', signed by Gok Wan himself.
10. The Promoter will have no liability in respect of the prizes once sent to the prize winners.
11. The prizes will be sent to the winners' designated addresses by courier by no later than the 23rd July 2010.
12. The prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for any alternative in whole or in part. The decisions of the Promoter are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
13. The Promoter reserves the right to provide alternative prizes of equal or greater value in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
14. By accepting a prize, each prize winner accepts they may be requested to participate in related publicity.
15. The name and counties of the winners will be available between 16/07/10 and 17/09/10 upon application with a SAE to: "Snack A Jacks book prize draw," c/o The Real Adventure, Alexander House, James Street West, Bath, BA1 2BT, UK.
16. Any personal data relating to participants will be used solely in accordance with current data protection legislation and will only be used for the purposes of this promotion and not be disclosed for any other purpose without the individual's prior consent.
