Just a headsup for anyone who gets a call from

this is a personal injury company called "The Claims Guys". I took a call from them yesterday, pointed out I was TPS registered and they mumbled something about "Change in Law" and "Government" followed by they were "Authorised to call me!"

'Authorised by whom' I asked? Mumbling lad says "umm I dont know I just work here" :rotfl:

I reported them to the TPS anyway

This lot caught me on the hop this morning (at 9am). Scouse accent asked for me by name, said it was a courtesy call (yeah, right) then said if I had had a credit card or loan they could get money back for me.

I said 'no thanks' and hung up. If they hadn't woken me up on my week off and I'd have had my wits about me, I'd have told them I was TPS registered.

I've reported them.

I thought this sort of cold-calling by personal injury companies was contrary to the Ministry of Justice rules?

Had a few coldcalls last night from a number that looks similar to this. All they did was breathe heavily down the phone, so I let my dog breathe back at them for a bit until she got bored.
