E system Laptop fault

hi can anyone one help? i have seen a similar promlem on here this has whats made me realise there is a manufacture problem. i brought a e-system laptop from pc world around 2 and half years ago the battery has never had a long life span and always needed charging . i have had to buy 3 chargers in this time as they keeps catching fire i read a similar thing happening on the internet and it appears there is a manufacture fault with the batteries. i have emailed customer services at pc world and they havent helped at all where do i stand with this as i feel if i get another charger the smae thing is going to happen as it has 3 times previous and it is a health and safety risk......where do i go from here

hi thanx for reply no i just checked the list and mines not one of them i notice you replied on the person who had the same problem as me thats where i got the email address from for the customer service but im getting no joy with them they have told me to take it to a repair shop??? where do i go from here0

You would need to provide proof that it was not due to general wear and tear or damage, which a report from a repair shop would provide (they may charge, but you'd get that back) - just make sure they only do a report, and don't repair until you've spoken to the customer services againSquirrel!If I tell you who I work for, I'm not allowed to help you.
