Hello there,
Sorry I can't remember the exact phrasing of it but the FO says banks should award compensation for any complaints in which you've had to put in time to get it resolved.
Based on this - I wondered what your thoughts were on what probably adds up to about 8 hours of time due to a complaint I had with A&L

I think the usual basis is £10 an hour.0
