Well I have used on OTB twice and never had any problem - once to mexico and once to dom rep - but then the ash cloud situation is a different matter and OTb does not count as a package.

i used OTB when i went to Turkey in 2008, they were excellent. i even e-mailed them to say thank you. when i booked the transfer price wasn't included and meals were not included but i did manage to get 25kg of luggage allowence at no extra charge.
like all large companies they are going to get complaints when things go wrong and things do go wrong, thats life. i'd use them again though. you could also try icelolly.co.uk.
Finally The Rock has come back to MSE....

Women marry men hoping they will change, men marry women hoping they won't! Inevitably they will both be disappointed.

I certainly do not recommend On The Beach. They stung me for a lot of money when they cancelled my hotel after the volcanic ash.

They claim they do not sell package holidays but then treat the booking as a package and cancel hotels without your permission because the flight was cancelled.

In our case we could have travelled a day late but Onthebeach had cancelled our hotel.

    Cowboys - avoid them.

PS they are not as cheap as you think. Once they apply the hidden extras then they can be more expensive than their competitors.

I know of one person who uses them and is pretty happy with there service, but me personlally I wouldn't touch them with a barge pole. Don't want to take the chance that it 'might' go ok.
