Did they change your address?
What way do you get paid?0 -
I did get through to them and there was a technical hitch.
When I called last week to inform them of my impending change of address, there is a double checker?, it wasn't double checked, so the computer didn't know that i was due esa today.
I must admit when a woman called back, no only did she apologise, but said the money would be in my bank in the afternoon, and it was. *phew panic over0 -

Basically its a specialised team of checkers who check the work of the person that made the change on the system to make sure that it was done right.
Often referred to as scumbag !!!!!!!s by other staff.0 -
