Why use an online service ? I get absolutely brilliant results from my local ASDA and very reasonable prices too.

Photobox. Wouldn't use anyone else now.espresso wrote:Why use an online service ? I get absolutely brilliant results from my local ASDA and very reasonable prices too.

ASDA crop the photos quite brutally actually and you have no control over the crop. With photobox you get total control and the quality is absolutely top-notch.
Not had that problem but I do prepare the photos before printing to produce pictures of the correct proportions i.e. 10" x 8".

Photobox for me, well priced, quick delivery and excellent reproductions. Also have facility to share pics with friends.0

Yep, I'd second that. Great quality prints and very fast service (usually get the prints within 24 hours of uploading).Stompa0 -

I though that this was for money savers!
Photobox 10" x 8" @ £1.99 compared to ASDA 10" x 8" @ £1.20 or 60% of the cost and usually available while I wait.

Very true but there are several other places rather than doing it online! I use ASDA because it's convenient for me and gives very good results at competitive prices. Blue text on this forum usually signifies hyperlinks, so click on them!..:wall:0 -
photobox looks good. I like the fact you can muck around with the photos in your own time. Going to give them a go now for some 7x5 prints.
I hate doing it in store, and have had Asda try to fob off damaged prints (damaged paper) to me in two seperate stores on two seperate occasions. I actually like my local Jessops as they help give a second opinion on the prints prior to submitting. Shame is not convenient to get there when they are quiet0
