The washing machine could not use 56 kWh in 1.25 hours.
The washing machine is protected by a 13A fuse. The maximum theoretical load it could use would be about 4kWh in that time.
In fact, it's unlikely your mains supply could deliver more than about 37.5 kWh in that period (based on a 120A mains fuse)
Either you are reading the meter incorrectly (is there a decimal point or any red figures on the latest reading?) or the meter seems faulty.
As the figures you are using are seem consistent with earlier meter readings ... and usage for the earlier periods seems about correct, it looks like your meter has developed a fault.
Contact the supplier with those readings 75 minutes apart and they should send someone around to check the meter for you. This will involve them fitting another meter in series."Now to trolling as a concept. ....
