6 bananas and no eggs

I often use a banana to replace 2 eggs.

well, my creation of banana loaf from the indexed collection is in the oven. I stuck my finger in and the mix doesn't taste of balsamic!

I almost chucked a cherry yoghurt in to the mix for the hell of it, but held back!!!

I've got three bananas left, so I might make another tomorrow if it works.

my son is allergic to eggs so after trying every method out there over the past 10 years,
I always replace 1 tablespoons of golden syrup for each egg in a recipe and it works fantastic !!!

You see eggs help hold a cake together and sticky golden syrup does the same.

Quite dense and a tiny bit sticky.
