If it is to complain did you speak with a manager over the phone to escalate?!

Sending a secure message would only result in the OP getting a callback from a manager.
If she would like to escalate further than that the manager could pass it on too the Advocate office or she could write to that address.

thanks for the replies, its to try to sort out my payments to them at the end of last year i had some financial difficulties and went onto a lower payment plan for 6 months, the 6 months is now up and things arent any better.
everything that can possibly be cut back or stopped has been. im trying to sort a payment we can all agree on, but not really getting anywhere at all was hoping to send them an income/expenditure form to help my case but am completely unsure where to send it too
