first off, i salute you!! someone else that thinks the whole compensation thing is bringing this country to its knees!!

however, seriously if you want comp you will get the £25 del charge back immediately and then some more a bit later.

the thing is that people have to take days holiday for when a company screws up. if cotswold try to deliver and ur not in then they charge you £35 or summit.

its an option, its not screwing the company over in the same way they have screwed this customer over in my opinion.
