Egg Card Anniversary Offer

I have used the Egg Card Anniversary Offer every year to pay off any debts that I had accrued through my Cahoot Flexible Loan. This year I was hoping to transfer quite a large amount to Egg, and I have just discovered that they are now charging 2.5% Balance Transfer fee which does not appear to be capped. My questions are:
1) Does anyone know if the Egg BT fee is capped?
2) Does anyone know of any other cards that allow you to BT a loan amount?
Thanks!!

No, it isn't.

Egg Money and MBNA Branded cards are the main ones. Egg Money charges no fee, MBNA Cards do. Some MBNA cards have a cap on the fee, some don't.0 -
