If i leave my partner and take my 3 children, and move back to my mum and dads (1 room) - will i get the same tax credits/working tax credits or will my dads income be used to work it out. I know i will lose HB and CTB but wanted to see how everything else will be affected.
I get Child benefit - 3 children, working tax credit and tax credit.............
THANKS for any advice!

Your parents income won't affect your tax credits.0

Child Tax Credits and Working Tax credits will be worked out on your joint income if you are a couple or your sole income if you split. If you split your current claim as a couple ends and a new one starts with you as the sole earner. If you are earning less on your own than as as a couple your TC should go up. However, if you don't work 16 hours a week or more, you will lose your entitlement to Working Tax Credit so they may go down.
Your dad's income has nothing to do with it.The Cabbage
