                    Hi
Can anyone tell me if any of the visa debit cards for the basic accounts can be used at the pay at the pump petrol stations? I have read a few threads and note that with the Natwest Step and Co-op Cashminder accounts you can't use them. Are there any accounts in which I can use the card to pay at the pump?
Thanks
GS

not sure if page 5 of this will help, I thought it was just solo accounts and visa electron that could not be used at these pumps but Co-op is a visa debit so not totally sure.A smile enriches those who receive without making poorer those who giveor "It costs nowt to be nice"0

Barclays and possibly Lloyds are the only 2 I am aware of. You can't use the Co-Op at a Pay&Pump machine that I am aware of.
Yorkshire bank and Clydesdale Bank Readycash Account (Maestro) works aswell.0

I use my Alliance and Leicester at the pay pumps and the wife uses her Nationwide debit card there also.0

            You definitely can't use a Nat West Visa Debit card at garages at the Pay at the Pump machines - I know, I've tried Mr 3Dogs 3-7-12 Mr 3Dogs 3-7-12 3Dogs'Mam 31-3-13 3Dogs'Mam 31-3-13 0 0

I've got a Maestro debit card with Yorkshire and Clydesdale Bank and it works everywhere. I use mine a lot at Pay at PumpDeeBee0
