Has anyone ordered one of these before ? if so can you help with the events description

What does discount account w/d mean

basically its sounds like they have done an amended statement rather than sending out copies of previous bills.

discount account w/d means discount withdrawn
normal account w/d means normal account i.e previous statement withdrawn cause its now all on this one.
earlier period amendment means exactly that.

An amended statement means that they have cancelled all your previous statements so on page 3 you should see your gas or electric summary from x date to x date with various prices depending on how far back it has gone. then in the middle bit it will show all the payments that you have made in that period. then the bottom how your account adds up bit, it will have how much you have used, less the payments already made plus the cancelled bill costs as the payments that were made on that bill period will then show on the middle bit of the statement.

I appreciate it sounds confusing, and i hate my statement for that reason, but give them a call tomorrow and they will go through it with you.
