dotty seller or just clever

I've just bought an embroidery machine using paypal .
The listing stated like new but it doesnt have the flat bed/accessory box with the extra feet in as in the manual. There is not even an embroidery foot.I can use it as an ordinary sewing machine as it has a freearm (without the flat bed) or put the embroidery attatchment on and use a foot from another sewing machine I have and it does sew embroidery .
It actually came without the power lead too which was very agravating when i went to plug it in :(
I wrote to the seller and told her and she says she has found the power cable and will send it but doesnt think anything else is missing
Ive written twice and said that the replacement cost for the feet is X amount and I'd like her to refund that much (this is without me buying a replacement flat bed) and she just ignores that part of the message.
She did refund me excess postage she had charged me without my asking.
All correspondence has been through ebay messaging as she doesnt appear to have a working email. I have phoned her once before it arrived but its very hard to understand her as she has quite a strong accent and my hearing is not brilliant.
I dont think I'll be hearing from her again judging from her messages.
What to do though? Will paypal help me to get a refund for the missing parts or will they say ,it works so whats the problem?
should I just forget it and buy the missing needed embroidery foot(about £18).
She included some copied discs as an extra.....hmmm

thanks emzi.I dont know if paypal will be interested though as it doesnt itemise each individual foot in her listing and I know they can be quite literal with their 'as described' label.

I think as it didn't say "Like new AND complete" it was a case of buyer beware and it was up to you to check before the EOA.

Well the seller has said she will have a good hunt and if she cant find the bits, she will reimburse me for the cost of them YAY!
Really I hope she finds the bits but either way I am happy with the outcome.
On rereading I noticed the listing did actually state unused and like new so Paypal probably would have helped if needed.
    Thanks anyway
