problems with free champagne from Uswitch

Dunno about anyone else, but I had immense problems getting the free champagne out of Uswitch. After almost two months of excuses, I finally got fed up, and wrote a letter which I posted recorded delivery saying - I get the champagne within 14 days or without further warning I file a claim in the local small claims court which would mean they would have to send someone authorised (ie high-up) to receive judgment.
Got the champage 3 days after posting the letter!
Waste of time and energy though - I was pretty disappointed with them.
