hi had four loans in middle of cliaming back ppi
apparently 2 went through as less than 500 pounds
other 2 which are 1500 and 900 been rejected and on to next stage?
any idea why pls all soldunder same practice

As soon as you receive the letters, take a good read and see what reason/finding they have given, then what you can do (as I assume you had the same reasons for all)?
You could just write back and take copies of the other decisions you received that they upheld, enclose them in the letter, and ask them to reconsider due to that as well.

Wonder if different staff investigated them separately?

just find it odd same claim
is it standard for them to auto matically pay out claims under 500 and to further investigate higher ones summit else he mentioned on fone was he was waiting on more info and said summit bout a point of sale?

RBS/Natwest seemed to do this, not sure if they still do. Then they generally would offer £750 gesture of goodwill for anything over £5.00.

That's what I found so bizzare with mine was that they were sold in exactly the same way!

As Di says, see what the letters say regarding investigations and if need be go to the FOS.
