Nationwide Complaint Address

Does anyone have a postal address for Nationwide complaints? I had a look on their website and it states that I should visit a branch or telephone customer services in the first instance, but I'd prefer to write a letter instead.
Nationwide have managed to set up an unauthorised DD on my dormant account and then hit me with £60 worth of charges. The charges have been refunded (apparently), but I'd still like to know why we were not told about the charges for 2 months and why we were not informed that the DD had been set up.
Also does anyone know whether this will affect my credit rating - I've never incurred any bank charges before.
